Our Creative Retainer program is a monthly subscription of guaranteed hours that you can use throughout the month as needed. This allows us to quickly take action on tasks and projects. With our Creative Retainers, we work together with your team or department on any project they have lined up be it website updates, design revisions, emailing campaigns, custom illustrations/photos/videos… the possibilities are endless! We’re always looking for opportunities to increase efficiency and quality while adding value to all aspects of our client services. Our retainer packages provide the perfect balance between cost savings for the company and flexibility for you (and us!)

For Existing Website Clients We Include: General Website Tasks, New Pages, Content Updates, Graphics, Re-Occurring Updates, Layout Updates, Support, Strategic Consulting And Creative Direction, Research, And Project Management Services
Note: This program does not cover logo & branding packages, printing, stock photography and font licensing, subcontractor fees (photographers etc.), web hosting, email services, mileage and additional expenses.

This tier is suitable for businesses with frequent design needs. It can comfortably manage around 4-5 small to medium-sized projects per month. Larger projects can be scheduled at a rate of 1 every 1-1.5 months.

Your Own Virtual In-House Design Team: The top-tier option, offering the equivalent of having your own virtual in-house design team. This tier provides the capacity for 5-10 small to medium-sized projects per month. Larger projects can be scheduled at a rate of approximately 1 every 1-1.5 months.
These estimates can vary based on project complexity and preferences, but they provide a general guideline for you to understand how many projects you can expect to include in your retainer program based on your selected hourly tier. Every 3 months, we will re-evaluate the program to ensure the number of hours fits your business needs.
